Try playing with the app buttons or settings on your camera. When in doubt, open a support ticket in app and we may be able to help you. There are also some settings in your camera you can check that may help:
If you are using a Nikon camera, set the USB mode on camera to MTP/PTP.
LIVE VIEW - some cameras require you to enable live view first in the camera menu.
MEMORY CARD - you need to have a memory card in your camera for this app to work.
QUICK REVIEW - if your camera has a quick review option, please disable this.
MIRROR LOCKUP - disabling mirror lockup in your camera settings may fix certain problems.
If this does not solve your issues with certain features not working, you might be able to find a setting in your camera C.Fn configuration menu that might be preventing this app from working properly.
