Not all features work with all cameras and mobile devices. Some cameras do not support certain functions over USB. Also, most phones and tablets older than 2015 are not compatible with this app. If anything is not working, please try using a different mobile device first. There are some known compatibility issues with cheaper phones and tablets that are made in China. As a general rule of thumb, all name-brand mobile devices such as LG, Samsung, Sony, Asus, or HTC released 2015 or later should work with this app, but nothing is guaranteed.
If you are using a Nikon camera, set the USB mode on camera to MTP/PTP.
Your phone or tablet must support USB host. If it does not, this app will definitely not work!
Please also make sure you are using a genuine USB OTG cable to connect your camera to your phone or tablet. Regular USB cables WILL NOT WORK.
LIVE VIEW IS NOT SUPPORTED ON: NIKON D3000 / D3100 / D3200 / D3300 / D3400, AS NIKON DOES NOT SUPPORT LIVE VIEW OVER USB FOR THESE CAMERAS. THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. THIS IS HOW THESE CAMERAS ARE DESIGNED. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE BAD REVIEWS FOR OUR APP IF YOU OWN THIS CAMERA. PLEASE CONTACT NIKON AND TELL THEM TO SUPPORT LIVE VIEW OVER USB IF THEY RELEASE ANY MORE CAMERAS IN THE D3xxx SERIES.
